Xiangyang automobile bearing Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as xiangyang bearing) was founded in 1968,which was called Xiangyang bearing factory formerly. It was an important project invested 0.12 billion RMB by state during the "fourth-five year plan". It had made great contribution to national economic construction. Xiangyang bearing is the biggest professional manufacturer of automobile bearing and one of the five biggest bearing export bases in china. It is one of the 500 biggest industrial enterprises, which possesses assets of 0.7 billion RMB. In May 1993, Xiangyang automobile bearing Co.,Ltd was established through stock system reconstruction. In January 1997,the stock "xiang yang bearing" was listed on shenzhen stock exchange. In December 2003, Xiangyang bearing implemented the reformation of "dual secede" successfully. (i.e. national capital secedes from national list and staff identity secedes from national identity). The number of employees reduces from the former 8000 to now 1700.
